Our Brown Butter Ghee is an extra caramelized version of our traditional grass-fed ghee.
It is rendered from a longer cooking process that creates a deeper, nutty, rich flavor without any added ingredients.

This blend in particular varies from batch to batch because it is crafted by eye and can change from a lighter brown to a darker brown in moments! Expect variability from batch to batch.
